Milling & Turning

OverFlow Machine uses the latest technology one would only expect to find in much larger shops. Our cutting-edge 4-axis CNC milling centers are capable of in-process probing, and our turning centers feature live tooling and Y-axis machining.

Precision ID Honing

Precision honing allows us to achieve extremely tight tolerances, perfect geometry, and a beautiful surface finish. We use this process to serve the automotive, aerospace, medical and scientific fields, among others, in their most demanding projects.

Welding

Overflow Machine uses several types of welding processes to suit our clients’ unique needs.

Our flux-cored welding process allows us to work with thick pieces of metal and is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

MIG welding is a cost-effective option for aerospace, automotive, and other industries where no special techniques are required and is one of our most-used proceses.

TIG welding is highly specialized, and something you can’t find at just any shop. This tungsten-based process creates one of the strongest bonds since the tungsten weld is almost impossible to dissolve or burn off.
